- Program, configure, and support advanced security and surveillance systems remotely.
- Work directly with leading platforms including Entrée, Software House Secure, Bosch, DMP, Brivo, Lenel S2, Honeywell, and Genetec.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or configuration issues in partnership with field technicians.
- Provide remote technical expertise to ensure client systems are set up correctly, optimized, and fully functional.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programming standards, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience and/or certifications in one or more security platforms (Entrée, Software House Secure, Bosch, DMP, Brivo, Lenel S2, Honeywell, Genetec, or similar).
- Strong background in security system installation, programming, or integration.
- A desire to transition from field installation to an office-based, programming-focused role.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
