Job Details

Responsibilities:

Electronic Assembly: Assemble and integrate electronic components, circuit boards, and modules according to engineering specifications and technical drawings.

Testing and Quality Control: Conduct rigorous testing of electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards and performance requirements. Identify and resolve any defects or issues found during testing.

Troubleshooting: Analyze and diagnose electronic malfunctions, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality.

Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs on faulty electronic equipment and devices to restore them to working condition. Develop preventive maintenance plans to prolong the lifespan of electronic systems.

Soldering and Wiring: Utilize soldering and wiring techniques to connect electronic components and circuitry with precision and reliability.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all assembly, testing, and repair activities. Document changes made during troubleshooting and update technical documentation as required.

Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide valuable feedback on product performance, design improvements, and manufacturability.

Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and maintain electronic test equipment to ensure accurate measurements and consistency in testing.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies when working with electronic components and devices.

Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the electronics industry to continually enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or a similar role in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Strong soldering skills and the ability to handle delicate electronic components with care.
Familiarity with electronic testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators.
Knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic devices with precision and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
