Job Details
- Work on trade secret and employee mobility litigation.
- Handle PAGA and wage and hour class actions.
- Manage high-profile single plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases.
- Address founder disputes and pre-litigation matters.
- Respond to agency charges.
Requirements
- Law school class years 2020-2023.
- Strong work ethic and broad experience with employment litigation and counseling.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
- Resume/CV, Cover Letter, Transcripts, Writing Sample required for consideration
