We are on the hunt for a highly skilled, dynamic, and motivated Permanent Employment Attorney to join our thriving legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in employment law and a proven track record of providing exceptional legal services to clients. This role will encompass the full spectrum of employment law matters, including but not limited to wage disputes, legal compliance, litigation, contract law, and mediation. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, develop innovative legal strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including wages, labor disputes, contract law, and legal compliance.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
3. Draft, review, and revise legal documents to ensure their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, effectively advocating for their interests and rights.
5. Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies to resolve conflicts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment law and adapt practices accordingly to ensure ongoing legal compliance.
7. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Employment Attorney.
3. Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Extensive knowledge of employment law, including wages, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and contract law.
5. Proven experience in litigation, legal research, and drafting legal documents.
6. Exceptional negotiation and mediation skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on legal writing.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a large workload and multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
11. Commitment to providing outstanding client service, demonstrating empathy, and understanding of clients' needs and concerns.
