Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of employment and business litigation matters.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and draft pleadings and motions.
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate complex business and employment law issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting clients and the field of employment/business litigation.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current member in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in employment law and business litigation.
• Proven track record in litigation, with a focus on employment law and business disputes.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
