Job Details
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a practicing attorney
- NY Bar License required, NJ preferred.
- Litigation experience, preferably in employment or commercial practice areas
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Experience conducting and defending depositions and preparing court filings
- Proficiency with basic damages calculations
- Proficiency hyperlinking cases per the Commercial Division
- Strong proficiency with technology such as: Word, Excel, LexisNexis, Clio, E-Discovery Platforms
