Job Details

  • Defend employers across the full spectrum of employment litigation — wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination
  • Handle matters from inception through resolution: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Advise employer clients on compliance with California and federal labor and employment laws
  • Draft policies, handbooks, and employment agreements to reduce litigation exposure
  • Collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters with an employment dimension

Looking For:

  • Active California bar license
  • Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience
  • Strong PAGA case handling background
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and deliver practical compliance counsel
