Job Details

Our client, a plaintiff-side employment law firm based in El Segundo, is seeking a full-time associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join its team. Our litigation practice consists of approximately 90% wage and hour class actions and 10% individual employment matters (e.g., FEHA claims).

Qualifications:
  • Applicants should have strong employment litigation experience, with a wage and hour class action emphasis, and be comfortable litigating in both state and federal courts.
  • Must be experienced and skillful in client advocacy, handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints, mediation briefs, and class action settlement agreements.
  • Able to work independently and provide reliable, high-level support to partners, effectively manage, mediate, and settle cases, and engage clients, and offer meaningful ongoing support and mentorship to associates.
