3. Develop, implement, and update employment policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practice.
4. Represent clients in employment-related disputes, both in court and before government agencies.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Employment Law Attorney.
4. Proven track record in counseling employers, drafting employment contracts, and preparing employment policies.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in a variety of settings.
