We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Employment Law Attorney to join our high-performing legal team. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Employment Law Attorney, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to:

1. Representing the organization in all aspects of employment law and litigation, including both state and federal cases, and administrative proceedings.
2. Providing legal advice and counsel to HR and management on a wide range of employment issues such as hiring, discipline, termination, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations, and employment policies and procedures.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of employment-related documents such as employment contracts, separation agreements, non-compete agreements, and policy manuals.
4. Keeping abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its employees.
5. Conducting legal research and analysis on various complex legal issues related to employment law.

Job Details

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong emphasis on litigation.
4. Excellent knowledge and understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
5. Proven experience in managing and conducting employment litigation.
