Our firm is seeking a seasoned Employment Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of employment law issues. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of employment law, and will be a licensed member of the Pennsylvania Bar. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in providing expert legal advice, who is capable of managing a variety of tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, workplace safety, discrimination, and harassment.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and stay updated on current laws and regulations.
  • Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and desired outcomes.

Job Details

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
