As an Employment Law Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related
matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Litigation Management: Handle employment litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, attending hearings, and managing trial proceedings.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide strategic and practical advice to clients on employment law issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients regularly, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs to tailor legal strategies accordingly.
  • Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of developments in employment law, conduct legal research, and analyze precedents to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.

Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law litigation, preferably with a focus on representing employers.
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team.
