Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle complex employment litigation including discrimination statutes, Title VII, Title IX, FLSA, partnership disputes, and executive-level employment matters
Conduct thorough workplace investigations into harassment and misconduct allegations
Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with current employment laws
Provide expert crisis communication in high-stakes situations with discretion
Represent clients in depositions, oral arguments, and jury trials
Manage employment litigation cases from inception through trial
REQUIREMENTS:
JD from top-tier law school with exceptional academic credentials
Active bar admission
5+ years employment litigation experience at premier law firm
Federal clerkship strongly preferred
Demonstrated expertise in complex employment law and discrimination statutes
Proven experience conducting workplace investigations
Strong crisis communication and high-profile dispute experience
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Trial experience with depositions, oral arguments, and jury trials
Ability to manage cases from inception through trial
High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas
