Job Details

Daily Responsibilities:

As an associate in our Labor & Employment Department, you will collaborate with senior attorneys on intriguing, challenging, and innovative cases.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in labor and employment litigation, preferably with expertise in single-plaintiff cases, discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, wage-hour disputes, or class and collective actions.
  • Independence: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage routine to increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Intellectual curiosity paired with creativity and a practical approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Communication & Analysis: Strong academic background, exceptional analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California.
