Job Details

Our law firm is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Employment Litigation Associate to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our fast-paced litigation team, handling a broad range of employment-related disputes and issues.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing all aspects of litigation matters from inception through to conclusion, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
2. Providing advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment laws, including wage and hour laws, workplace safety, rest break laws, and more.

Qualifications:
1. Admission to the South Carolina Bar is required
3. A minimum of 3 years of complex litigation and/or L&E litigation experience.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information clearly and persuasively.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and detail with accuracy.
6. A commitment to client service and a creative and entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
