We're a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. Our attorneys practice before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the US and we are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate with 3+ years experience to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to handle complex and challenging employment law cases while working in a collegial, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that handles a broad range of litigation matters involving employment law and class action law. Employment law experience not necessary but preferred with solid litigation experience. OSHA experience a plus.

As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and attending court hearings and trials.

2. Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment law issues, including wage and hour disputes, workplace harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.

3. Representing clients in class action lawsuits, ensuring their rights and interests are fully protected.

4. Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.

5. Collaborating with other attorneys to develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements.

6. Conducting legal research and analysis to stay abreast of current trends and developments in employment law.

7. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the court.


The ideal candidate for the Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate position will possess the following:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the CA state bar and good standing.

3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a particular focus on employment law.

4. Proven experience in class action law.

5. Experience with OSHA.
