Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, and a proven track record of successfully defending both private and public entities. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters and contribute to our firm's commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities
1. Drafting and arguing motions in both federal and state court.
2. Representing private and public entities before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board.
3. Providing legal counsel on a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, disability accommodations, terminations, and employment agreements.
4. Developing strategies for handling litigation and other legal matters.
5. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

Qualifications
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Nevada Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on labor and employment law.
4. Experience in drafting and arguing motions.
5. Experience defending private and public entities in federal and state court and before administrative agencies.
6. Prior experience with the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board is preferred.
7. Excellent academic credentials.
8. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
