Job Details

Responsibilities:
As an Employment Litigation Partner, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related issues. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Preparing and filing court documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
2. Representing clients in court and before administrative agencies.
3. Conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda.
4. Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
5. Advising clients on employment law issues and providing preventive counseling.
6. Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's employment litigation practice.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Maryland State Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation, with a proven track record of success.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
6. Strong client management skills, with an ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
7. Proven ability to develop new business and expand the firm's client base.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
