Job Details
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience Labor and Employment practice includes employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage, and hour defense, as well as traditional labor law matters. Very flexible hybrid schedule.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to CA bar and in good standing.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
