Job Details

Day-to-Day Focus

Build relationships with nonprofit organizations and workforce partners
Interview individuals and understand employment goals and barriers
Collaborate on warm introductions and referral strategies
Share opportunities across an engaged but often passive network
Act as a consistent, reliable pipeline of talent for ongoing workforce needs


Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with nonprofit and community-based organizations
Screen and interview candidates, focusing on alignment, strengths, and support needs
Guide individuals through the job search, application, and interview process
Provide hands-on support navigating barriers to employment
Match candidates to roles aligned with their goals and capabilities
Collaborate with internal teams on workforce priorities and hiring trends
Use outreach and networking to strengthen and diversify candidate pipelines
Track activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For
Background

Experience in nonprofit, human services, or workforce development environments
Hands-on experience supporting individuals with disabilities strongly preferred

(DSP, Job Coach, Vocational Counselor, Employment Specialist, etc.)


Understanding of intellectual/developmental disabilities (autism, Down syndrome, etc.)
Familiarity with supported employment models, benefits navigation, and common employment barriers
