Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent EMR Analyst (eCW) to join our dynamic team in the Technology industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for our eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical record (EMR) system. You will work closely with our healthcare providers and IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our EMR system.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for our eCW EMR system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Work closely with healthcare providers and IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the EMR system
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the EMR system
  • Conduct regular audits of the system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the integration of the EMR system with other systems and applications
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of upgrades and new system features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to EMR systems

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, and other reporting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use
  • Experience with project management and implementation of new system features and upgrades
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
