Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions in an outpatient setting.
Conduct physical exams and review patient histories and diagnostic results.
Order and interpret lab tests to develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide comprehensive diabetes care with support from CDEs and dietitians.
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, relationship-centered care.
Skills You Need
2–3 years of outpatient endocrinology or diabetes treatment experience.
Current NYS NP or PA license, DEA registration, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (or eligibility).
