As we continue to expand, we seek experienced Shareholders or Groups specializing in healthcare and healthcare regulatory law to join our esteemed team.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate(s) will be integral in solidifying our firm's position as a leader in the energy sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex transactions, navigate regulatory challenges, and contribute to the development of innovative energy projects worldwide. Candidates should bring a depth of experience in the energy sector, a robust client portfolio, and a proven track record of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the expansion of the Energy Practice, with a focus on power producers, generators, wind energy, and related areas.
Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters, including project development and finance, regulatory compliance, environmental issues, and dispute resolution.
Represent a diverse clientele, including utility companies, renewable energy companies, investors, and government entities, in both advisory and litigation capacities.
Work collaboratively across practices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to our clients.
Lead business development efforts to attract new clients and expand the practice’s market presence.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the professional development of the practice group.
Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in one or more U.S. jurisdictions.
At least 10 years of legal experience in the energy sector, with a focus on power production, renewable energy, and related fields.
Demonstrated success in business development and client retention.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
