Job Details
- Drive all engineering initiatives for high-pressure aluminum die casting processes.
- Lead and develop engineering team members to support mold design, tooling upgrades, and NPI.
- Execute APQP processes including FMEA and Control Plans to reduce defects and enhance product reliability.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing methods using mold flow simulation tools (QuikCast or equivalent).
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to improve quality, throughput, and cost.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years in aluminum die casting engineering.
- QuikCast or mold flow modeling experience (strongly preferred).
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Mastercam.
- Fluency in lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and quality systems.
