HIGHLY Flexible Work Schedule with a HYBRID Schedule!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering & Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee plant performance programs and lead continuous improvement efforts across multiple sites. You’ll direct key engineering initiatives, manage QA protocols for both transmission and generation assets, and spearhead performance optimization efforts.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and compliance, managing internal and external resources for capital and maintenance projects. This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands-on influence—ideal for someone who thrives in technical depth and team development.
