Job Details

Bilingual Spanish Enrollment Specialist:

* Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
* No Saturdays
* No Holidays
* Free Parking

The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for working with Medicaid patients and family members to enroll the patient in unique insurance options, explaining the program guidelines and reviewing the costs and coverage.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Prefer 3-5 years patient-facing work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Experience advocating for patients
* Strong customer service skills
* Sales experience or experience in a metric/quota driven position a plus
* Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
* BIlingual Spanish Required
