The online behavioral targeting business is burgeoning at Epsilon, and we’re looking for someone that wants to get in early on a big opportunity.
We rely on our Data Programmers to run and manage all of our online products. The Strategic Partnerships Group wants people who strive to deliver the best results for our internal and external clients. The primary responsibility is to run and manage applications in support of clients and partners. We need people committed to providing high quality services and results
Essential Job Responsibilities
The Data Programmer position will focus on running and supporting all client and partner applications. You will act as a production support and liaison between our internal client facing teams and engineering. The responsibilities for this position include:
Run and manage applications in support of clients and partners
Configure application parameters and job scheduling
Validate results and assure quality of deliverables to client/partner teams
Provide client/partner deliverables within the service level agreement timeframe
Troubleshoot workflow issues
Engage in external client facing (minimal)
Engage in operational improvements and engineering enhancements
Conduct user acceptance testing for new application functionality
Maintain an organized environment for all jobs and results
Provide a detailed and up to date status of jobs to stakeholders
Document processes.
