We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and dynamic Entry-Level, Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to develop and grow within a vibrant and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting new customers and target industries.
2. Conduct customer visits, follow-up calls and monitor sales process from start to closing.
3. Provide broad administrative/organizational sales support
4. Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
6. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, engineering or related field. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
2. This is an entry-level role providing sales training and not requiring experience.
3. We are looking for a highly motivated with a "Hunter" mentality and a passion for sales.
4. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
6. Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
7. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
8. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
9. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
