Enviornmental Attorney

Our firm is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Environmental Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to make a significant impact by enforcing environmental laws and regulations, advocating for environmental justice, and promoting sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of environmental law, particularly as it applies to the state of Pennsylvania, and will be able to use this knowledge to provide legal advice, represent clients, and contribute to policy development.

As an Environmental Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing legal advice on a wide range of environmental issues, including air and water quality, hazardous waste, sustainability, wildlife, and cultural resources.
2. Representing clients in court and before government agencies, defending or prosecuting lawsuits related to environmental violations.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating environmental agreements and contracts.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis on environmental laws and regulations.
5. Assisting in the development of corporate policies and strategies on environmental matters.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Environmental Attorney.
4. Extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection regulations and procedures.
5. Proven experience in handling environmental cases, with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
