Community centric firm seeking Environmental Associate Attorney!
A bit about us:
Environmental associate attorney needed for robust insurance coverage practice: We seek a full-time associate attorney for the firm’s growing insurance coverage and bad faith practice group. The position also will involve working on other business litigation matters. Applicant must be licensed at a minimum in Pennsylvania. Residency in the Western Pennsylvania region is preferred.

Job Details
- Providing legal support and counsel on a variety of environmental matters including regulatory compliance, litigation, investigations, enforcement actions, and transactional due diligence;
- Counsel and representation to clients on environmental law matters;
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and initiatives;
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs;
- Participate in negotiations, depositions and settlement discussions; and
- Collaborate with other firm attorneys and legal professionals within other practices.
