We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of environmental legal issues, advising clients on compliance with environmental regulations, and representing clients in litigation related to environmental law. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes environmental matters, and to make a significant impact on environmental policy and sustainability issues. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of environmental matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in litigation and enforcement actions related to environmental law.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to environmental matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex environmental legal issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing environmental legal risks.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, professionals, and clients on environmental legal matters.
  • Keep abreast of developments in environmental law and policy, and advise clients on potential impacts.
  • Participate in professional development and training activities to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills in environmental law.

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Barred in CA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on environmental law.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
  • Strong litigation skills, with experience in environmental litigation.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues and to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, other attorneys, and professionals.
  • Commitment to ethical legal practice and to the protection of the environment.
