Job Details

  • Support the USCS annual GHG emission inventory process, including data collection and analysis to identify ways to reduce emissions.
  • Support cross-departmental teams implementing sustainability and renewable energy projects.
  • Identify, benchmark, and implement environmental best practices across all USCS regions.
  • Research sustainability solutions that complement Company priorities.
  • Support Sustainable Development policy implementation across USCS.

Competencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant area of study.

  • 3+ years of experience/background environmental or sustainability analyst role or similar function.
  • Training and/or experience with corporate sustainability strategy and reporting.
  • Experience in GHG emission inventory management as well as GRI, CDP, and SBTi, or other global sustainability frameworks, standards, and practices.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented self-starter, with the ability to effectively work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, team-focused and capable of taking on difficult tasks and conversations.
