Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Project Manager in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing large-scale projects in the field of power transmission lines. This role requires a deep understanding of the EPC lifecycle, from design to procurement to construction, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The candidate must be proficient in bluebeam, procore, and have substantial field experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the execution of all phases of the project, including design, procurement, and construction.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all project activities are aligned with the project plan and promptly address any deviations.
  • Actively manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Review and approve project designs, ensuring they meet all technical requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring the project remains within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of safety within the project team.
  • Use bluebeam and procore to manage project documentation and workflow.
  • Regularly report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an EPC Project Manager in the Construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale power transmission line projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycle and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in bluebeam and procore.
  • Significant field experience, with a strong understanding of construction practices and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) will be an added advantage.
