We are seeking an experienced and innovative Permanent Epic Implementation Manager - Revenue Cycle to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of revenue cycle technology solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and support of Epic's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow that meets the organization's financial, operational, and clinical goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and optimization of Epic's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) applications across the organization.
2. Act as a liaison between clinical, operational, and financial teams to ensure alignment of RCM processes and workflows.
3. Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets, to ensure successful implementation.
4. Provide expert-level knowledge and guidance on RCM best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues and bottlenecks.
6. Facilitate training and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring a high level of user proficiency and satisfaction.
7. Monitor and report on the performance of the RCM applications, making recommendations for enhancements as necessary.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in RCM technology and healthcare regulations, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Epic's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) applications.
3. Epic certification is strongly preferred.
4. Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects in a healthcare setting.
5. Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including patient access, billing, collections, and denials management.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
