They are currently using an older version of Epicor and will be performing a massive upgrade.
They need someone to work with their IT consulting company that manages their Epicor and perform the actual update.
They need an expert that has experience utilizing Epicor in the manufacturing industry that can monitor and support their employees during this transition.
Someone that can help troubleshoot issues along the way and work closely with their consultant and employees
