Job Title: Equipment Leasing Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Equipment Leasing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships by offering leasing solutions for a wide range of commercial equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of leasing and financing options.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors, manufacturers, and end-users.
Understand clients' equipment and financial needs to offer tailored leasing solutions.
Educate clients on the benefits of leasing vs. purchasing equipment.
Present financing proposals and close deals in a consultative manner.
Collaborate with internal credit and underwriting teams to ensure smooth processing of lease applications.
Manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in equipment leasing, commercial finance, or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of leasing structures, terms, and documentation.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers across various industries.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
