What you will be doing:

• Triage and Assessment: Emergency Department Registered Nurses (ED RNs) perform rapid assessments of patients' conditions, prioritize care based on severity, and initiate treatment protocols.
• Critical Care and Stabilization: They administer medications, perform interventions, and provide advanced life support to stabilize patients in critical conditions, such as trauma, cardiac arrest, or respiratory distress.
• Collaboration and Advocacy: ED RNs collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate patient status updates, and advocate for patients' needs to ensure timely and effective care delivery in the fast-paced emergency setting.

Skills you need:

• RN license in NC, or ability to obtain
• RN experience within ED or Behavioral Health is required
