We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team in the medical industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in our emergency room. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and triaging patients in the emergency room
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to changes in their condition
• Performing diagnostic tests and procedures, such as blood draws and EKGs
• Documenting patient care in electronic medical records
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the emergency room

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a trauma or emergency department setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
