Responsibilities:
As a Permanent ERC - Marketing & Sales professional, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
3. Utilizing your knowledge of tax credit and ERC to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients.
4. Working closely with other team members to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
5. Tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the finance industry.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of tax credit and ERC.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
