Job Details
We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic ERP Analyst II to join our expanding team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Oracle E-Business Suite. You will be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where your expertise in Oracle AP, AR, GL, FA, Oracle Tables, and APIs will be highly valued. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and supporting our Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring its optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Playing a key role in the design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
3. Leveraging your knowledge of Oracle AP, AR, GL, FA, Oracle Tables, and APIs to optimize our systems and processes.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
5. Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Conducting regular system audits to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
7. Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
8. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure our systems remain current and competitive.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
2. Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle AP, AR, GL, FA, Oracle Tables, and APIs.
3. Proven experience in Supply Chain Management.
4. A strong understanding of business processes and system requirements within the healthcare industry.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
7. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
