Job Details

Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the completion of the Phase I adoption of our ERP system. The Project Manager will work closely with the Steering Committee to adhere to adoption schedule and scope. This includes but is not limited to managing all aspects of the project, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and monitoring progress toward meeting goals. This key role will also work closely with the Corporate ERP team who will share responsibility in regards to training, user acceptance testing and backend security setup.
The Project Manager will build strong relationships with the technical leads within the business, understand the needs of the company and assist in identifying current GAPs within our processes that will prevent a successful adoption.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters
  • Work with the Steering Committee and Corporate ERP team to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with management and other stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a project plan, including milestones, tasks, risks, scope and budget
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and track progress against project plan
  • Monitor and report on project performance, highlighting any issues, risks or scope creep to Steering Committee.
  • Coordinate resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and budgets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Execute to the plan established by Corporate including but not limited to successful transmission of master data to user acceptance training.
