As a Permanent Escrow Officer, you will play a key role in managing real estate transactions for our clients. This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who is experienced in handling complex transactions, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of escrow transactions, including opening, processing, and closing.
2. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
3. Review and interpret contracts and agreements to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
4. Coordinate with lenders to prepare and review loan documents, and ensure timely funding and recording.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
6. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to drive repeat business.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an escrow officer, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of escrow principles and practices, as well as state and federal regulations.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
4. Superior attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
6. Proficiency in using escrow software and other relevant technology tools.
7. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
8. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
