Job Details
- Manage complex estate administration matters for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and multinational clients
- Oversee gift and estate tax audits, including IRS and state-level compliance
- Handle post-mortem estate planning, including restructuring and resolution of estate issues
- Provide guidance on domicile, residency, succession planning, and entity-related matters
- Collaborate with colleagues and nationally recognized leaders in the estate planning field on sophisticated strategies
Qualifications:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New York
- Minimum 4+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates Administration experience
- Strong background in estate administration, audits, and post-mortem planning
- Experience handling high-net-worth and multi-jurisdictional estate matters
