Job Details

  • Manage complex estate administration matters for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and multinational clients
  • Oversee gift and estate tax audits, including IRS and state-level compliance
  • Handle post-mortem estate planning, including restructuring and resolution of estate issues
  • Provide guidance on domicile, residency, succession planning, and entity-related matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues and nationally recognized leaders in the estate planning field on sophisticated strategies

Qualifications:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in New York
  • Minimum 4+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates Administration experience
  • Strong background in estate administration, audits, and post-mortem planning
  • Experience handling high-net-worth and multi-jurisdictional estate matters
