Job Details

Day to Day:
· Communicating with clients, attorneys, and court staff;
· Responding to client requests via email and telephone;
· Monitoring court deadlines;
· Preparing materials for client meetings;
· E-Filing
· Preparing drafts of estate planning documents from approved forms;
· Preparing probate forms and filings;
· Drafting correspondence;
· Drafting and responding to discovery;
· Preparing pleadings;
· Case management;
· Keeping record of your own billable time;
· Organizing and maintaining client files;
· Scanning, copying, and filing of documents in an electronic file management system;


Requirements:
Must be a certified paralegal
· be exceptionally organized
· be proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
· be able to quickly learn new software programs
· have experience e-filing with the courts
· have case management experience
· have excellent attention to detail
· have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· have the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
· be able to work at a fast pace and change directions easily
· maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
· experience with Prodoc and Quickbooks a plus
