Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Representing clients in matters involving estate litigation
2. Conducting thorough and detailed case analysis and evaluation.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
4. Negotiating settlements in a timely and favorable manner.
5. Providing legal advice to clients on estate planning and administration.
6. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop effective legal strategies.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments in estate litigation and administration.
8. Maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estate Litigation Attorney, with a focus on estate administration.
4. Proven experience in handling complex estate litigation cases.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
9. A client-focused approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
