A bit about us:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Estate Manager/Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique role that requires a diverse skill set, including experience with high net worth (HNW) individuals, family office management, personal and executive assistance, administrative assistance, event coordination, and project management. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, manage projects, and ensure a smooth operation at all times. This is a challenging and rewarding role with the opportunity to work in a luxurious environment and make a significant impact.
The ideal Estate Manager has experience managing schedules for various assets, as well as staff members. The Estate Manager also has experience as a project manager or coordinator and has supported construction projects. The ideal Estate Manager also has event planning or coordination experience. This is an on-site role in San Clemente but there is light travel within the local area, as well.
The salary above does not include bonus.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the estate, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for the family, handling all communication and correspondence with discretion and confidentiality.
3. Coordinate and oversee events, including planning, logistics, and post-event wrap-up.
4. Manage and supervise household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
5. Oversee and manage various projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and maintenance of the estate.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, arranging travel, and handling financial matters.
8. Provide personal and executive assistance to the family, including managing personal schedules, arranging appointments, and handling personal requests.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on HNW individuals, family office management, personal/executive assistance, administrative assistance, event coordination, and project management.
2. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels and build strong relationships.
4. High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
7. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find effective solutions.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
