Job Details
We are seeking a full-time associate attorney to join our well-established and highly respected trusts and estates practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work closely with experienced partners and build deep expertise in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, trust funding, asset distribution, and estate tax matters.
Support litigation matters involving will and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, and financial elder abuse claims.
Participate in conservatorship and guardianship proceedings.
Collaborate with partners and clients on complex legal issues and case strategy.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment that values client service and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in California.
2+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, or probate litigation preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
A proactive work ethic and interest in long-term growth within the trusts and estates field.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a mid-sized firm setting.
