Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team in San Antonio.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and talented attorney who is passionate about providing superior legal services and is ready to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience and be ready to start building their own client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients on all aspects of estate planning, probate, and elder law.
  • Manage probate and trust administration processes, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning, probate, and elder law.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive service to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law.
  • Proven track record of drafting and implementing complex estate plans.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
  • Business development skills with a willingness to generate new client leads.
