Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive business advice to our clients, ensuring their interests are protected and their estate planning objectives are achieved.
2. Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
3. Conduct thorough legal research to support the preparation of these documents and to stay up-to-date on the latest laws and regulations.
4. Use your financial and accounting background to provide sound advice and planning strategies to our clients.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding their estate planning needs and concerns.
6. Engage with referral sources, nurturing these relationships to further expand our client base.
7. Manage deadlines effectively, ensuring all legal documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.
8. Utilize your legal writing skills to prepare clear, concise, and legally sound documents.
9. Handle complex estate planning cases involving high net worth individuals, using your expertise to provide strategic advice and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience.
4. Proven experience in providing business advice and drafting legal documents.
5. Strong financial and accounting background.
6. Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
7. Excellent client interaction skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
8. Experience in dealing with high net worth individuals and complex estate planning cases.
9. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
10. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with referral sources.
