Job Details
The Estate Planning Attorney will assist clients in various estate planning and probate, drafting, and matter management.

- Conduct client meetings and be able to recommend estate planning/probate needs based on the client's situation.
- Draft legal documents, including estate planning documents, probate pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with attorneys to analyze case facts and develop legal strategies.
- Attend court hearings or client meetings as required.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and gather necessary information for ongoing matters.
Qualifications:
- Strong research skills with proficiency in Westlaw or similar legal research platforms.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
- Familiarity with various areas of law including estate planning, asset protection and probate law.
- Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas
